THE PETITE MATERNITY EXPERIENCE

The Petite Maternity Experience is one upfront cost and includes 5 digital images from your session. You have your choice of 1 location (local location only), outdoors, or in the studio. This session includes up to 30 minutes of session time, but also includes only the pregnant subject, no partners or children. The Petite Experience includes 1 outfit/look.

Maternity portrait sessions typically take place between 25 and 35 weeks but can be scheduled any time you wish during your pregnancy.

After your session takes place, you will receive your preview images in a private online gallery to choose your included 5 digital images. You will also have the option to purchase additional digital images, prints, or products 'a la carte'.

MISC TIPS & INFO

HELPFUL HINTS FOR YOUR MATERNITY EXPERIENCE

* On your session day wear comfortable, well-fitting clothing. Check to be sure your buttons are not pulled tight, so there are no gaps, etc.

* Be sure to wear the proper bra - if you are wearing your own dress/gown or one of mine check to be sure the straps are not visible. My gowns are best photographed with a nude bra, either strapless or with clear straps, or even no bra.

* Take into consideration your undies as well if you are wearing a gown - again nude works best and a thong works even better. With a lot of the gowns materials, it can be difficult to edit visible underwear.

* A classic black top always looks good, something fitted to show off your curves. A fun, and funky shirt or dress photographs great if that is your style. Tank tops are also a good look paired up with a pair of jeans. I love dresses that hug the curve of your baby bump! Most importantly, if you feel good about what you're wearing then you'll look good!

* I have many maternity gowns & various bodysuits for my client's use. I'm also open to any 'Au-natural' poses if that is something you're up for!

* I like to encourage partners to be in some of the photos.....it's always so amazing to see couples together with their baby-to-be!

* Upon arrival, I like to chat about your expectations for your portraits & your session. Please let me know of any 'must-have' photos so we can try to get those done right away. Take a peek at my 'Maternity' Gallery for inspiration!

* Please limit your session to immediate family only.

* It is not required but consider pampering yourself by getting hair and makeup done before your session. I highly recommend Dana Michele Makeup & Aesthetics for a super natural look if you are interested!!

* And most importantly, just RELAX! Pregnancy is a beautiful time in a woman's life and I am dedicated to capturing all of the beauty and wonder that goes with it! I do get asked to cover stretch marks and I will most certainly do that so forget all about those pesky marks and let your Baby-Glow shine!

You are welcome to come into the studio pre-session if you'd like to see the gowns in person for an additional consultation fee.

If you wish to send me 'inspiration' photos, please be sure they are from my own website or my Facebook page and not Pinterest or from a web search. I prefer to photograph in my own style and cannot replicate certain poses or ideas.

You are welcome to come into the studio before your maternity session to see the gowns in person for an additional consultation fee of $75, which will be invoiced separately from your session fee retainer. The consultation may only be scheduled after your session has been officially booked.

Please note: no RAW or unedited images will be delivered in your final order. Only the included images in your session or additional purchased digital files will be delivered.
