1. What are Holiday Mini Sessions? These mini-sessions are limited-edition portrait sessions. Each session must be reserved by booking a time slot. Mini sessions help me accommodate more families since the sessions are shorter and booked one after another. These are great for families who need just a few updated photos or photos for their holiday cards.

2. Do I need to pay upfront? Yes, the cost for the mini-session is $175 or $260, depending on which option you book. When you choose your time slot I will email you my contract & the invoice. Your session isn’t considered fully booked until your invoice is paid and the contract is returned. Please do so in a timely manner so you do not lose your spot - you will have 24 hours from the time you select your date to complete both the contract & invoice.

3. When should we arrive? Because these mini-sessions are booked back to back, there is no wiggle room. If you are running late, I, unfortunately, can not give you extra time during your session since it would push back each session following. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can be sure to capture all the photos you were hoping for.

4. Where do we go once we arrive at your studio? My studio is located at 127 E. Main Street in Little Chute. Please park in the rear parking lot, right behind Elite Smiles Dentist. I ask that you please wait in your car until I come out to get you at your session time. You may text me upon your arrival to let me know that you are there - 920-284-6645. There is no waiting area inside and this will ensure that all of my clients will have an uninterrupted session time.

5. How many people can I bring? These mini-sessions are designed for families and their own children, and unfortunately, I cannot accommodate anyone that is not immediate family. Each family must book their own session.

6. How long before my gallery is ready for viewing? During the holiday season, you will receive your proofs back within 14 days. You will receive your gallery via email with full instructions. Digital downloads will also be delivered by electronic transfer via WeTransfer.

7. Can I purchase more images than what is included in the session? Yes, you certainly can. Your gallery will have 5-7 images to pick from. After you have chosen your 5 included images, you may purchase additional images for $35 per image.

8. How long are the sessions? These mini-sessions are only 20/30 minutes long. Please take this into consideration when you are booking your time slot so you do not choose a time when your young child is typically napping. If you know that your little one needs more time to become comfortable in an unfamiliar setting I would suggest booking a full session at a different time. These would be a little like Santa visit images - happy or sad, your images will be memories to look back on someday and smile at :)

Also due to the short time frame of these sessions, no wardrobe changes are permitted.

9. Due to the nature of these sessions no refunds will be given due to cancellations or no-shows
