INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS PORTRAIT SESSION

A business portrait headshot session in the studio is a quick and easy way to update your professional image. These sessions are designed to be efficient and stress-free, giving you polished headshots you can use for websites, LinkedIn, resumes, email signatures, and marketing materials. With controlled lighting and a clean backdrop, you’ll walk away with professional images that represent you confidently and consistently.

Individual business portrait sessions will have up to 30 minutes in the studio with the option of 2 wardrobe & backdrop changes. Neutral/simple backdrops are available along with a select number of bolder options. Studio props will be provided, and full details will be discussed before your session.

After your session takes place, you will receive your preview images in a private online gallery to choose your included digital image. You will also have the option to purchase additional digital images 'a la carte'.

$200 total session cost, paid upfront to schedule

BACKGROUNDS

A variety of neutral backdrops are available. Individual sessions include up to 2 backdrop choices.

INCLUDED IMAGES

Each session includes 1 retouched digital image with full printing and publication rights. Additional images may be purchased separately.

Please note: no RAW or unedited images will be delivered in your final order. Only the included images in your session or additional purchased digital files will be delivered.

EDITING & RETOUCHING

Minor retouching will be done on gallery proofs, and complete skin retouching will be done on the images that you wish to order.

CLOTHING

Wardrobe options include up to 2 changes for individual sessions.

On your session day wear comfortable, well-fitting clothing. Check to be sure your buttons are not pulled tight, so there are no gaps, etc.

Iron your clothing to be sure you are wrinkle-free - it is not always feasible to edit wrinkles in post-production

MAKEUP

I promise less is more. If you do not usually wear makeup then please keep it simple. When you see your final images you do not want to be overwhelmed with a face you may not recognize. I can do certain edits to enhance makeup but I cannot edit away makeup that was put on too heavily.

It is not required that you have professional makeup done by any means but in the past, I have had some clients do that and it truly does make such a difference in photos! I highly recommend Dana Michele Makeup & Aesthetics for a super natural look if you are interested!!
